This was a massive company wide initative that had a lot of visibility. Its dual purpose was to create awareness about the elearning required for effectively harnessing the new feature to enhance our business capabilities. My aim was to make it enjoyable, easy to digest considering their busy workloads, while also sparking excitement and stimulating thoughts about how the feature would benefit them before the elearning dropped. The results were remarkable, with an outstanding 90% adoption rate achieved within the first two weeks, exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders involved in the launch.
