New hire VBL: Microlearning

This microlearning approach used video to provide an overview of the company's processes before immersing learners in real-world scenarios with scripts. The goal of this elearning was to establish a brief foundation for understanding the loan application process and provide context for the reps' roles before practical scenario practice. My mission was to keep this learning intervention simple, focusing on essential information rather than extraneous details. I also aimed to expedite the onboarding process for new hires, enabling them to get into production quickly and efficiently.
