Product and Engineer Onboarding Program

This is part of an onboarding program that was designed specifically for new hire product and engineers to understand the business quicker. The goal was to provide sales with better systems, tools, and processes to get more deals quicker and more efficiently.

There were several indicators that led me to believe that this program needed to be implemented.

This is a small sample from the slide deck that was created in conjunction with a shadowing program I developed for product and engineering.

The company is called Caribou. Caribou is an auto refinancing company, hence the pun on the road and Caribou in the picture. The idea behind the design was to make the learners feel as if they were being taken on a journey.
